At Alvora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return process.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging is intact

Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


🧾 How to Request a Return

Photos may be requested to assess eligibility before return approval.


2. Return Shipping

  • Within 30 days (faulty/damaged items):
    We provide a prepaid Australia Post return label.

  • Change of mind:
    Return shipping may be required at the customer’s expense.

3. Prepare Your Return

  • Repack the item in original packaging

  • Include all inserts and contents

  • Free gifts do not need to be returned


4. Send the Parcel

Drop off at Australia Post using the provided or arranged label.
Please keep your tracking receipt until the process is complete.


✅ After We Receive Your Return

Once inspected, we will process one of the following:

  • Replacement (for faulty/damaged items)

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Alvora is not responsible for items lost in return transit unless a prepaid label is provided
