At Alvora, we proudly partner with Australia Post and trusted global couriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–8 business days on average

  • During peak periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take up to 14 business days

  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only (excluding public holidays)

  • Once processing begins, no changes can be made, including address updates

⚠️ Orders with incorrect details or flagged for verification may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons.


🧾 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels

  • If tracking is inactive for more than 5 business days, contact us at contact@alvora.com.au


📬 Delivery Conditions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier disruptions or strikes

Alvora is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, customers must contact the courier to lodge a claim

  • Alvora is not liable for packages marked as delivered

  • Delivery confirmation data will be used in any dispute resolution


🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • Orders cannot be modified after processing begins

  • Alvora is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
