How long do orders take within Australia?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that Australia Post is closed on weekends, so if you place an order on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days depending on your location. Metro areas may receive packages sooner, while remote regions (such as Western Australia or the Northern Territory) can take a little longer.
Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.

What is the return process for jewelry?

We want you to be completely happy with your Alvora pieces. If you ever need to return an item, here’s how it works:
1. Contact Us
Simply reach out to us at contact@alvora.com.au so we can assist you and approve your return request.
2. Return Shipping
- Australia:
We’ll provide a prepaid Australia Post return label within 30 days of delivery. - International:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Pack Safely
Place the jewelry in its original box and packaging exactly as received.
Free gifts are yours to keep, no need to return them.
4. Send Your Return
- Australia: Drop off at your nearest Australia Post
- International: Ship using a tracked service (recommended)

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
