2. Return Shipping

• Australia:
  
  We’ll provide a prepaid Australia Post return label within 30 days of delivery.
  
• International:
  
  If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
  
  For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  

3. Pack Safely

Place the jewelry in its original box and packaging exactly as received.

Free gifts are yours to keep, no need to return them.

4. Send Your Return

• Australia: Drop off at your nearest Australia Post
  
• International: Ship using a tracked service (recommended)

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
